Most recently, I was the school librarian and ed tech facilitator at and independent school in Connecticut. Before that, I was a high school English teacher for three years.
My experiences working in education–and the people I’ve been lucky enough to meet throughout my career–have shaped my beliefs about education, instructional design, and creating creating authentic learning experiences with students. I’m passionate about working with students and teachers to become independent learners with the confidence and skill to navigate an ever-changing world of information and knowledge.
I’m entering the third phase of my career as an educator, pursuing my Masters in Independent School Leadership at Teachers College. As I look to the future, I wanted a way to collect and share the ideas that are shaping my thinking about education.
